Hypnotherapy is the only practice that gives us access to the subconscious mind. While in Hypnosis, we can identify our self-limiting beliefs and come into alignment with our problem-solving intelligence. Hypnotherapy goes deeper than “talk therapy” which is only engaging the conscious mind, where we are limited by what we can consciously remember. To resolve deep-seeded issues, we need to engage the subconscious mind which holds all of the “programming” surrounding our current perceptions of life and the belief systems we act upon. Hypnotherapists are powerful agents of positive change, acting as facilitators in your process of physical, emotional and spiritual healing. The results can be remarkable and life-enhancing. Every thought, feeling, perspective, judgement we hold, manifests itself in the physical lives we experience, so it is crucial that we hold beliefs, thoughts and perspectives that support the outcome of our ideal lives. Hypnotherapy is, in my experience and in my opinion, the most valuable tool we can employ to achieve our most joyful lives.
