Pachamama is very good for getting the skin to show its true glow, and is also a libido increaser because of its beets. Our Healthy One is a great brain detox, and will help remove unwanted fatigue, brain fog, and will also help with weight loss. Helena is a great juice for helping to repair the gut, blood sugar problems, and just like the Pachamama is great for the skin. The Master Cleanse + is a great weight loss drink and is very good for eliminating toxins, and helping to clean out the colon. Cleaning out the colon is essential for total body function because when your colon is clean your body doesn't reabsorb the toxins that your colon has been trying to eliminate. Juice Wizards Rating: This cleanse is a pretty easy one but does have some more uncommon juices that may present a challenge to a non regular juicer. The benefits are immense in this one and the flavor is usually something one can look past to get to these awesome results! The Healthy One is an all vegetable juice that can be too green for some. This is a juice that provides an extreme amount of clarity and serenity and is one we always tell new juicers to look past the flavor for and be ready to feel serene. Taste buds are equipped to change and over time many people begin to love the Healthy One once their brain begins to realize the benefits from it. The Mr. Master and the Mr. O are good tasting elixirs but one may feel a bit of a spiciness from the apple cider vinegar, oregano, and cayenne. These spicy ingredients are helpful in killing unwanted bacteria and shouldn't be too hard to become accustomed to.

Recommendations

This is a great cleanse to get a massage half way through or at the end of the cleanse. A lymph massage would be recommended. When detoxing a lot it’s good to massage the body and make sure everything is being pushed around and towards the eliminative organs like the kidneys and liver. Another recommendation during this cleanse would be to get an equal amount of rest and movement. Rest when the body is tired from detoxing and also make sure to get some movement. Walking or exercise like light running or cardio would be great. This will ensure your lymph is being moved and the toxins do not remain stagnant. We also recommend hitting the sauna during this cleanse (you will obviously deserve it). The sauna is a wonderful way to sweat out a lot of toxins which will help during the detox. We urge you to be cautious and use your intuition when in the sauna. Never stay in the sauna longer than you can handle especially if you feel dizzy or nauseous. Be sure to bring a water bottle with you so you can stay hydrated as well. We also recommend meditation whenever possible. Detoxing can sometimes be rough, and keeping a calm and stable mind will help you breeze through it!
