We made this cleanse for those who are always hungry, wish they had more time for meal prep, or are constantly working out or burning calories. Smaller people may even realize it’s hard to drink this many smoothies in one day, and you may be able to extend the length of your cleanse by moving some smoothies to the next day. You don’t have to if you feel the need to finish though!
